Privacy and data protection

This page explains how FG Costruzioni SRL handles the personal data of visitors to

fgcostruzionisrl.eu, under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we do NOT do

This is a showcase site. Specifically, it:

• uses no profiling or advertising cookies
• uses no analytics or traffic measurement tools
• embeds no social network buttons or widgets
• builds no user profiles and makes no automated decisions
• never sells, shares or discloses your data for marketing purposes

Simply browsing the pages sets no cookies at all.

Data collected through the contact form

If you write to us from the Contact page we collect only what you type in:

your name, email address and, if you fill them in, phone number and subject,

together with the text of your message. We also record the IP address it was sent from.

• Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if a relationship follows, to manage it.

The IP address is used solely to protect the site from automated submissions and abuse.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR);

for the IP address, our legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

• Providing the data is optional, but without a name, email and message we cannot reply.
• Retention: messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and in any

case no longer than 24 months, unless they become part of a contract or must be kept

to meet legal obligations.

• Recipients: staff of FG Costruzioni SRL and the provider hosting the site, appointed as

data processor. Your data is never published.

Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies, essential to its operation, for which no consent

is required:

• a session cookie, created when you fill in the contact form or sign in to the staff

area, which protects the form against forged submissions and keeps you authenticated.

It is deleted when you close your browser.

If you dismiss the privacy notice, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage:

it is technical information that stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Google Maps

A map provided by Google is available on the Contact page. It is not loaded

automatically: it appears only if you request it with a click. Until then no data is

sent to Google. If you choose to load it, your IP address is disclosed to Google Ireland

Limited and third-party cookies may be set, under Google's own policies. Alternatively

you can use the link that opens the map in a new tab.

Transfers outside the European Union

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. The only possible exception

concerns the Google map, if you choose to load it.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction

of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate

interest (arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to amministrazione@fgcostruzionisrl.eu: we reply

within one month.

If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation you may lodge a complaint with the

Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

Any updates to this notice are published on this page, together with the date of the

latest revision.
